We specialize in 3-D design and we'll cater our services according to your needs; ranging from basic blueprints for you to use in your project to full construction blueprints and visuals.

When we want to do a project on our home, it is an investment, an investment not only in the physical home, but in our time, energy and resources. We don’t want to waste any of those things. We want to plan and make sure that we are getting what we want with as few surprises as possible.
So, before you even talk to a builder, you may have in mind what you would like, but it might be hard to explain it. The builder might have an idea about the project, but you might still be thinking, “I’m not sure if he really gets what I’m talking about.”
How can you make sure that what YOU want in your project, is what you get?
How can the guesswork be taken out of the planning process and help ensure that the final result is what was planned for?
It is by working with someone that can help get your ideas on paper and in pictures; someone taking time to sit down and talk with you, to get to know you, your style, your likes and dislikes. What better way to visualize the final project, than by starting with what already is there and then building on it, all in virtual 3-D design.
By doing blueprints and 3-D design, you can see what your project will look like, before you ever buy any materials. When you talk with your builder you will be able to show them, not only blueprints but they will be able to actually ‘see’ what you want in the final product, thanks to 3-D pictures that you can easily access on any device, your laptop, your Ipad and even your phone.

As a Landscaper, you take pride in your work: not only the many hours of installing and maintaining the project, but the time you spend planning it out for your client. We want to help you in the planning stages of your project.
My name is David and along with my wife Stacy, we work with Landscapers to help plan out your landscape project on our 3-D platform. We take your design and turn it into a 3-D photo or video so that you and your client can “see” the final product before you even break ground. This will save you time and money because you will be able to see how it will look, how the plants will fit together, not just at planting, but once they are at full height and maturity. If there is anything you or your client want to change, we can easily do the change and update the Rendering so that you and your client can review it, prior to starting the project or buying any materials or plants.
How will the shade of the plants affect the house or other landscape items?
Will the plant grow too large to fit the area it’s planted in?
Do you need to know the name of the plant or it’s optimal soil growing conditions?
With our 3-D renderings, graphics and videos of your landscaping project, you can see the plants at full height and maturity and see how they will look in that area years from now; this will help to avoid issues later on with plants being too large for an area.
As you work with your client to plan out the project, we will be with you from the start to help get all the details in a drawing that you can reference and will be used to create your custom 3-D renderings. We will do laser measured take-offs of the exterior of the home where the landscaping will be done so that you have a 3-D rendering of the home as the starting point. From there, we will create your design and send the renderings to your email so that you can share with your client on their laptop, tablet and even phone.

Can a 3-D Rendering of your property help your client see it’s potential?
Would a 3-D Rendering of the floor plan help in your marketing of a property?
As a Realtor, you work closely with your clients to help them get the best home for their needs. It might be their dream home, a short-term home for their current needs, a fixer-upper, or an investment property.
Your clients’ needs are just as unique as they are and you work hard to fill those needs. With your experience as a realtor, you see the potential in a home that others might not initially see. You can see that open car garage converted into a master suite, the small back porch turned into a spacious, inviting family space for cookouts and the living room opened up by taking out that wall that is hiding the charm of the home.
But what you see that the house could be isn’t always as easy to see for the client. It might be hard for them to envision the home’s potential, even after they walk through it. Showing a flat 2-D blueprint of the home can help guide the client to the possibilities it has for them, but a 2-D view of a 3-D real life home will not have the same effect as a full color, 3-D rendering.
The best way to help your client “see” the potential is to show them, with full color, 3-D Renderings of the space. You can show them a bird’s eye view of the entire home from above so they can see how all the rooms fit together. You can show them the exterior with modifications, adding a porch, extending a room, enlarging a bathroom or adding a garage.

We will work with you according to your individual specific property needs to give you the additional tool of 3-D Renderings. These can be of existing exterior views of the home, interior 3-D views, whole house bird’s eye view of room layouts and everything in between. These Renderings will help your client “see” the homes layout and potential and how it can fit their needs. They can be used in presentation pamphlets, brochures and even sent electronically to your clients computer, tablet or phone to be viewed.
We do this by personally going to the home and doing detailed, on-site, laser measurements and then turning these into 3-Dimensional Renderings. From there we can then customize the 3-D Rendering to add, change or remove elements of the home so that it’s potential can be seen. We work directly with you as the realtor so that you can provide the 3-D Renderings to you client as you work one-on-one with them.
Do you have an empty lot and already have plans approved for it? We can take you approved plans and create the same 3-D Renderings on our 3-D platform to let you show your client the home, even before it’s built.

About Us
I (David) have always been interested in designing and drawing, even drawing houses and anything else I could think of, when I was a little kid. I learned more in school on how to design properly and even when I was a teenager working during the summer to help with small building projects and learning hands on. I started volunteering 25 years ago with construction projects and working with other professionals in construction and design on many projects. In the 6 years that we’ve been married, Stacy has helped with the details of projects and sharing the enjoyment of working on a project and seeing the final results.
We live here in the foothills of North Carolina, 40 minutes from Virginia, 90 minutes from South Carolina and Tennessee and 60 minutes from Greensboro.
